What is Flake Flooring?
Flake flooring, a type of decorative epoxy flooring, provides an extensive range of colours and finishes including custom flake combinations and bespoke patterns. Applied over a concrete base, flake flooring consists of resin and a hardener that, once cured, delivers a seamless, durable, and visually stunning finish that can endure heavy wear for many years. This system offers a fast and simple installation process that minimizes downtime while providing a surface that is both hard-wearing and stain-resistant. It is an excellent choice for areas that need to maintain a pristine appearance with minimal maintenance.

Our flake flooring systems consist of 5 layers of material. This ensures a durable long lasting floor. We always prepare the concrete with diamond grinding prior to installation. Following this we utilise a primer or MVB, coloured base coat, flake broadcast and finally two coats of a high quality clear top coat. One to encapsulate and one to provided UV stability.

- Type of flake system, build thickness and topcoat specification
- Access, layout and any special details (stairs, ramps, coving)
